Sergio Ayrimoraes is currently the Coordenador-geral de Estudos at the Ministério de Minas e Energia, leading integrated studies and strategic diagnostics for energy resources and planning for the upcoming energy expansion plans. With significant experience at the Agência Nacional de Águas e Saneamento Básico, Sergio has held several roles, including Diretor substituto de Informações, Estudos e Eficiência Energética, focusing on water resource management and efficiency studies. As a co-founder of the Instituto Reúso de Água and active member of organizations such as United Nations Water and Pacto Global da ONU no Brasil, Sergio contributes to various initiatives in water resource management. Additionally, Sergio shares expertise as a professor in specialized courses on water resource management and environmental sanitation.
