Karthiyayini B

Karthiyayini B began their work experience as a HR recruiter at Paradigm Recruitment Solutions Ltd. in November 2011. Karthiyayini then moved on to RadioMirchi in January 2013, where they served as an HR Manager. Their responsibilities included payroll processing, recruitment and support, performance management, employee welfare, and administration activities. Karthiyayini worked there until March 2018. Karthiyayini then joined The Pupil School in February 2019 as a Teacher for an IB school, staying until March 2020. Currently, they are a Senior Human Resources Associate at Pactron Inc., beginning in November 2020.

Karthiyayini B started their education in 1999 at PSGR Krishnammal, where they pursued a degree in Arts and completed their HSC in 2001. Afterward, they attended PSG College of Arts & Science from 2001 to 2004, majoring in B.Sc Psychology within the field of Science. Later, in 2009, they enrolled in Madras University and completed their M.Sc in Psychology from 2009 to 2011.
