Huub Weerts

Huub Weerts has extensive experience in facility management and project leadership, currently serving as Manager Facilitair, Manager Vastgoed & Beheer, and Hoofd Facilitaire Dienst at Pactum/Heldring since March 2008. Responsibilities include overseeing building management, technical management, landscaping, nutrition services, and housekeeping, alongside leading renovation and new construction projects encompassing civil engineering, technical installations, architecture, and security systems. Prior to this role, Huub Weerts worked as Projectleider/werkmeester at Job2Learn in GPB Bouw and held positions as Voorman and uitvoerder from June 1990 until March 2008. Educational qualifications include a Middle Management degree from IMK opleidingen (2012-2013), an MBO in Technisch organisatorisch medewerker from Summa college Veldhoven (2006-2007), and an MBO from Raayland college (1975-1979).
