Justin Green

Justin Green has extensive work experience in recruitment and executive search. Justin currently works as a Senior Recruiter at Pacvue, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Justin worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at McDermott + Bull Executive Search from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they partnered with leading companies to identify and recruit VP to C-Suite executives. Justin also has experience as an Executive Recruiter at CyberCoders from 2017 to 2018.

Before entering the recruitment field, Justin worked at California Coast University from 2010 to 2017. Justin held the roles of SEO/SEM Specialist and Admissions Representative during their time there. Additionally, Justin served in the US Navy from 2003 to 2010 as an Anti-terrorism Force Protection Specialist.

Justin Green has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Coast University. Justin also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Synergetics - A Worldwide Resource For Business Problem Solving in April 2019.
