Amanda Lacasse

Amanda LaCasse's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Amanda started their career as a Legal Administrator at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, where they supported litigation partners and associates and assisted with document preparation and research. Amanda then became a Software and Training Specialist at the same company, providing helpdesk support and developing training programs.

After that, Amanda worked at McNichols Company as a Jr. Network Admin, responsible for workstation and BlackBerry maintenance, as well as providing level 1 help desk support. Amanda then advanced to the role of Systems Administrator, where they handled server and workstation configuration, application support, and enterprise security administration.

Next, Amanda joined Eze Castle Integration as a Field Engineer, supporting multiple clients' infrastructures and configuring and maintaining servers, workstations, and virtual environments. Amanda also worked with active directory, Citrix, and Exchange servers.

Amanda then worked at HealthPartners as a Windows Server Admin Sr., where they upgraded servers, confirmed compatibility, and maintained published applications on Citrix.

Amanda also worked as an Independent Consultant at Thirty-One Gifts.

Currently, Amanda serves as the Vice President of Cyber Security and Managed Services at Pacxa, where they are responsible for overseeing the delivery of managed services and ensuring cybersecurity.
