Colleen Casey

Colleen Casey has a diverse range of work experience. Colleen currently holds the position of Associate Director of Operations Strategy at Padagis LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Perrigo Company plc where they served as a Quality Assurance Manager and later as a Lead Production Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for managing quality team members, ensuring product quality standards, and overseeing the design and installation of new packaging lines. Before Perrigo, Colleen worked as a Production Engineer at both the Engineering and Science Computing department of the University of Notre Dame and Stryker. Additionally, they served as a Computer Consultant and Operations Engineering Intern. Colleen also worked as a Counselor at the Introduction to Engineering Program at the University of Notre Dame.

Colleen Casey completed their education starting in 2006 at Upper Saint Clair High School. Colleen then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Bioengineering from the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2014. In 2017 and 2018, they pursued a CORe Credential of Readiness at Harvard Business School Online. In 2019, Colleen obtained a certification in Pharmaceutical Management from Cornell University. Colleen furthered their education by earning a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Engineering Management from Vanderbilt University in 2022. Additionally, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Perrigo Company plc in 2016.
