Tahnee Dierauer's work experience begins in 2013 with their role as an interpreter for Salon Rétromobile and the Indian Council for Leather Exports, where they provided interpretation services in French, German, English, and Hindi. In 2014, they worked as an interpreter for TEXPROCIL - The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council in the same languages.

In 2016, Tahnee became an intern as a civil servant at Education nationale, and in 2017, they became a full-fledged primary school teacher. Tahnee held this position until 2019, during which they also served as a coordinator for the Persév'aides program.

Most recently, starting in July 2022, Tahnee has been working as a German-speaking customer support officer at Padam Mobility.

Tahnee Dierauer attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from 2016 to 2017 and obtained a Diplôme universitaire in Métiers de l'enseignement, de l'éducation et de la formation. Prior to that, they attended EHESS - Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales from 2013 to 2015 and earned a Master's degree in Sciences sociales - mention Asie méridionale et Asie orientale. Before their master's degree, they studied at the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Licence in Spécialité Hindi - Langues, littératures et civilisations étrangères.

Tahnee Dierauer also has additional certifications. In 2023, they completed a certification in Diversité et inclusion sur le lieu de travail from ESSEC Business School. In 2016, they obtained the CRPE - Concours de recrutement de professeur des écoles certification from Education nationale. In 2012, they obtained the Certificate of Proficiency in English - Council of Europe Level C2 from the University of Cambridge. In 2011, they acquired the Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom certification from the Goethe-Institut e.V.
