Isman Noviandi Nugraha has over 20 years of experience in the mining and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Port & Infrastructure Department Head at Padang Karunia Group since January 2012, Isman has also held roles including Kepala Teknik Tambang and Mining Production Superintendent. Prior to this, Isman worked as a Mining Production Superintendent at PT. Karunia Bumi Khatulistiwa for a brief period in 2011, and as a Mining Production Supervisor and Engineering Group Leader at PT. Saptaindra Sejati from July 2005 to October 2011. Isman's career began at Drilling Area Jawa Pertamina as an HSE Officer from April 2003 to July 2005. Isman holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology Engineering from Padjadjaran University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
