Lamorna Short

Lamorna Short is the current Chief of Staff at Paddle. Prior to their current role, they served as the M&A Integration Manager at The Hut Group and as Finance and Operations at Kindred Capital VC. Lamorna began their career as an Investment Analyst at Collider and then transitioned to Technology Consultant at Deloitte.

Lamorna Short pursued a BA in Economics at the University of Exeter, where they graduated with first class honours. Lamorna then attended the City of London School for Girls, where they received certification from WorkBoard Inc. in OKR coaching. Additionally, Lamorna is a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer through CrossFit, Inc.

They are on a team with Neel Desai - Director of Product, Jimmy Fitzgerald - President & COO, and Harrison Rose - Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer. Lamorna Short reports to Christian Owens, Founder & CEO.
