Paula Molinar has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing and fashion. Paula is currently working at Paddle as Head of Demand Generation since July 2022. Previously, they held roles in Paddle as Senior Manager and Interim Head of Demand Generation. Before joining Paddle, they worked as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Filed from December 2016 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were a Digital Marketing Manager at Osmii from October 2015 to December 2016. Paula also worked as a Digital Marketing Executive at Raquel Pires Bijoux from January 2012 to December 2015. Paula started their career with internships, including roles as an Assistant Fashion Designer at Vida Bela and Fashion PR at CR Press in 2011.
