Rob Fletcher

Rob Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rob currently holds the position of President & Chief Operating Officer at Paddle since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Customer Officer at Paddle from June 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Paddle, Rob worked at ServiceNow from 2018 to 2022, where they held various key positions. Rob started as the Global Vice President & Head of Strategy, Customer Outcomes, responsible for services strategy, transformation, and leading practices. Rob also founded the Now Value methodology and built the Now Create platform. Later, they served as VP & GM, EMEA Customer Outcomes.

From 2017 to 2018, Rob worked as the VP & GM, UK&I Application Services at DXC Technology. Prior to that, they held the role of VP & GM, EMEA SAP Business at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2012 to 2017.

Rob started their career at Toyota in 2002, where they focused on Supply Chain Transformation. Rob then moved on to various roles at Electronic Data Systems, Laing O'Rourke, and HP, where they gained experience in program management, delivery, and account management.

Rob Fletcher attended Loughborough University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a 1st Class Hons degree in Industrial Design.
