Robbie McCartney's work experience begins in 2013 with a summer placement as a Sales and Marketing Associate at BASF. In 2014, McCartney worked as a Sailing School Manager at Isles of Scilly Sailing Centre, followed by a temporary contract as a Financial Business Analyst at Neilson Active Holidays. McCartney then transitioned to the role of Client Services Manager at Atos in 2015. From 2017 to 2018, McCartney worked as a Sales Executive at Checkout.com. McCartney's most recent experience is at Paddle, starting as an Account Executive in 2018 and progressing to Sales Manager for the SMB team, Sales Manager for EMEA & APAC, and currently Head of Sales for EMEA & APAC.

Robbie McCartney studied Business Management (International) and obtained a Bachelor's degree from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 2011 and 2014.
