Tharshan Thavaharan has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2014, Tharshan worked as an intern at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, followed by an internship at Deloitte in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Tharshan served as a Manager at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust. In 2017, Tharshan transitioned to the role of Commercial Manager at Marks and Spencer. In 2018, Tharshan worked as a Talent Consultant at Finlay James. Tharshan then joined Optimizely in 2019, starting as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative before being promoted to Sales Development Manager and then Product Strategy Manager. Tharshan's tenure at Optimizely ended in 2022 as a Manager in GTM Strategy & Planning. Currently, Tharshan is an Associate Director at Paddle, responsible for GTM Strategy and Operations.
Tharshan Thavaharan is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the Paris School of Business, where they are researching climate adaptation strategies. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Business Management (BA Hons) degree at Coventry University. Additionally, Tharshan has obtained certifications in Challenger Fundamentals - Sales Coaching from Challenger and Mastership in Sales Coaching from Winning by Design.
