Dan Heap is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in automation, customer operations, and financial management. Currently serving as Director of Automation and Director of Customer Operations Strategy and Development at Paddy Power Betfair, Dan has previously held key roles such as Dial A Bet Revenue Strategy Head during a commercial secondment. Prior experience includes senior management positions at GE Capital EMEA, focusing on special finance projects and process simplification. Dan's career began at Virgin Media as an Assistant Management Accountant and Trainee Revenue Accountant. Dan holds a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Lincoln, earned between 1995 and 1998.
