Maurita Obermiller is an accomplished finance professional with a robust background in international development and organizational management. Currently serving as Finance Coordinator at the Pan American Development Foundation since April 2022, Obermiller previously held roles including Finance and Procurement Manager and Executive and Financial Assistant at Trees for the Future from January 2019 to April 2022. As an Independent Graduate Consultant for USAID, Obermiller researched food aid and emergency response in Mauritania and managed contracts with local companies. Additional experience includes coordinating grassroots participation for the March for Science with Earth Day Network and managing a donor database at Food & Water Watch. Obermiller holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from The George Washington University and a degree in Agriculture and Resource Economics from the University of Maryland.
