Dan Hoefs

Dan Hoefs has over 35 years of experience in various leadership roles within operations and consulting. As the former owner of Padgett Business Services, Dan provided small businesses with consultation, financial reporting, payroll, and tax services from July 2006 until June 2024. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Cross Country Courier and Vice President of Operations at Gremada Industries and DMI Industries, where responsibilities encompassed all operational aspects, including production and quality assurance, overseeing transitions between industries. Dan also served as Manufacturing Industry Manager at NetWork Center, Inc, and held key positions at Branick Industries and WETJET International, where integration and process optimization were central to their work. Dan began their career as a Material Planning and Control Analyst at Rockwell Collins, achieving significant improvements in inventory management. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from North Dakota State University.
