Elana Mele Kachhi

Elana Mele Kachhi, Esq. currently serves as the Supervising Attorney for Pennsylvania at Padgett Law Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Elana held various positions at LOGS Network from November 2021 to September 2025, including Attorney in Legal and Regulatory and Associate General Counsel. Elana's legal career began at Ocwen Financial Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Analyst in Direct Lending and Operations Controls to Manager of Attorney Management in Default Servicing and Senior Foreclosure Specialist from January 2013 to November 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Foreclosure Specialist at GMAC ResCap and various roles at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from 2006 to 2008. Elana earned a Juris Doctor with a Litigation Concentration from Cooley Law School between 2008 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Villanova University from 2003 to 2007, following a high school diploma from Merion Mercy Academy.
