Najib Hashim

Najib Hashim currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at PADIBERAS NASIONAL BERHAD since January 2022. Prior experience includes leading the IT Project Management Office at Affin Bank Berhad from July 2019 to December 2021 and managing IT Programme & Delivery Management as a Senior Manager at FELDA Global Ventures Holdings Berhad from November 2014 to June 2019. Najib has also held notable positions including Head of IT Operations at Malaysian Electronic Payment System, overseeing IT across five Asia Pacific countries at Monier Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd, and managing IT resources in various roles at Petrofield Sdn. Bhd., Orogenic Geoexpro, and Computer Expressions Inc. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Information System and International Business from Drexel University, completed between 1997 and 1999.
