Eduardo Escalona has substantial experience in various industries. Eduardo began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Finance and Accounting Manager from 2001 to 2004. Eduardo then joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from 2004 to 2009, where they implemented cost reduction strategies and led business transformations in the banking and insurance industries. In 2009, Escalona founded ThinkStrat Consulting, LLC, a firm specializing in organizational transformations and operational efficiency. Their accomplishments include a $500M+ cost reduction for the government of Puerto Rico and the creation of an executive training program focused on Lean methodologies. Since 2013, Escalona has served as President & CEO of Padilla Impresos, leading the company to achieve significant sales growth and reversing declining profitability.

Eduardo Escalona completed an MBA in Finance and Management at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Eduardo has completed the CEO Executive Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2014. Eduardo has also obtained certifications in Basic Consulting Readiness, Engagement Leadership, Operations, Sales, and Strategy from McKinsey & Company.
