Tina Charpentier

Tina Charpentier serves as the Executive Vice President of Client Experience at Padilla since November 2008, focusing on ensuring clients have access to the agency's extensive capabilities and fostering tailored team collaborations for growth. Previously, Tina held the position of Senior Vice President of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences at Padilla and has accumulated significant board experience with organizations such as the Make a Wish Foundation of Minnesota, YWCA of Minneapolis, and Youth Advantage. Earlier roles include Senior Account Manager at Group Leaf, LLC, and Account Supervisor positions at Colle+McVoy and Miller Meester Advertising and Public Relations. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University.
