Amardip Kumar

Amardip Kumar has been working in the Solenoid Group at Padmini VNA Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd. since 2010. In their current role as Head of the group, they are responsible for the design and development of vacuum modulation valves, solenoid valves, and NRV.

Prior to joining Padmini VNA Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd., Amardip Kumar worked as a Dy.Manager-Design & Development at another company. In this role, they were responsible for new concept generation for emission systems, feasibility studies of new product development, customer interactions, and product assembly and detail drawings. Amardip also verified CAE reports and product validation reports, and prepared technical manuals for customers.

Since joining Padmini VNA Mechatronics Pvt. Ltd., Amardip Kumar has been instrumental in developing new products and improving manufacturing processes. Amardip has also coordinated with suppliers to resolve tooling and manufacturing problems. Under their leadership, the Solenoid Group has become a leading provider of high-quality solenoid valves and other products.

Amardip Kumar has a Master's degree in Engineering Design from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Amardip also has a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IME-Mumbai, and a Post-Diploma in Industrial and Product Design from CIPET-Lucknow. In addition, they have a Master in CAD/CAM from CIPET-HYD, and a Diploma in Plastics Mold Design from CIPET-HYD. Finally, they have an I.Sc in Maths,Phy.,Chem.,Eng. from GD college,Begusarai, and a Board Matric 10th Class in Maths,Phy.,Che.,Bio.,Eng. from A.P.S High School Naokothi.

They are on a team with Pawan Vatsya - Head, Program Management, R.K. Bhandari - Managing Director, and Shailesh Bishnoi - Head, Quality & VD. Their manager is Prakash Bhalekar, President & CEO.
