Randy Knibbe

Randy Knibbe has extensive work experience at PADNOS, starting in 2002 as a Production Supervisor. Randy held various roles within the company, including Operations Manager, Transportation Supervisor, Corporate Quality Manager and ISO Coordinator, Non-Ferrous Operations Manager and Sales and Logistics Coordinator, Plastics Production Supervisor, Plastics Operations Manager, Plastics Resin Trader and Operations Manager, and Director of Plastics. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Ferrous.

Randy Knibbe has pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2019 to 2021, they attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education, where they completed an Executive Management Program. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they attended Grand Valley State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA). Their field of study during their undergraduate program was focused on Marketing and Operations Management.
