Alix Raux

Alix Raux is an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition specialist at Theodo Cloud (formerly Padok) since February 2022, focusing on recruitment processes for junior and experienced tech roles, as well as marketing and sales positions. Responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and enhancing employer branding strategies. Prior experience includes founding Kador, where Alix managed a community of freelance entrepreneurs and contributed to recruitment agency activities, along with roles in talent acquisition at Mantu and Lincoln. Alix holds a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from Audencia and has completed exchange studies in Business Administration at Inha University.
