Michael Cohn

Michael Cohn is a Managing Partner at Overline, a venture capital firm based in Atlanta, where they focus on seed-stage investments. They have served as a Board Director at Rural Sourcing since 2016 and have been a Board Observer for PadSplit since 2019. Previously, Cohn co-founded and was the Director of Business Development at Logicept and also held the role of CEO at Cloud Sherpas. Their experience includes marketing leadership roles at various companies, such as Canvas Systems and IBM, and they were a mentor at Atlanta Tech Village from 2015 to 2018. Cohn has also contributed as a Board Member for the Venture Atlanta Conference and as a Managing Director at Techstars.
