Will Song currently serves as the Director of Performance Marketing at PadSplit since May 2025. Prior to this role, Will held the position of Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Warren James from April 2022 to May 2025 and was the Brand Marketing Lead at Troav in 2021. A brief contract as Brand Strategist at Sora ID occurred in mid-2020, a company later acquired by CLEAR (NYSE: YOU). Additional experience includes a role in Digital Strategy & Innovation at Ogilvy in 2019, along with serving as Advertising Manager and Business Associate at The Harvard Crimson from 2017 to 2019. An internship in Global Partner Marketing at Red Hat was completed in the summer of 2018. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics and Sociology from Harvard University, attended UCL as a visiting student studying Economics, and completed graduate-level coursework in Product Design and Branding at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
