Ilich Padilla

Ilich Padilla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing technology and product design. Currently serving as the Marketing Technology & Human Experience Lead at PadSquad since July 2019, Ilich focuses on innovating client engagement strategies. Prior roles include Product Design Lead and Platform Engineer at CG Evolution, as well as CEO and Co-Founder of Theorem, alongside a Senior Frontend Developer position at Theorem Creations, LLC. Ilich's technical expertise encompasses rich media development using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, along with a background in Actionscript development. Ilich holds a foundation degree in English Language and Literature from Universidad APEC and a Licentiate degree in Advertising from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.
