Nick Collins

A leader in innovative engineering, Nick’s expertise includes passive-design strategies that reduce operational and maintenance costs, and designs for LEED certification and multiple incentive programs. In his 28 years of experience in mechanical system design, Nick has worked on more than 25 LEED rated or registered buildings. In addition to designing systems, he is adept in lifecycle cost analysis and building commissioning. Passionate about educating the next generation of engineers, Nick is an adjunct professor at Portland State University.
