Hilarie Lam

Hilarie Lam serves as Associate General Counsel at PAG since December 2013, focusing on structuring and providing legal solutions for credit and markets strategy, particularly in private credit and restructuring transactions in the Asian region. Prior to this role, Hilarie Lam worked as Legal Counsel at Allen & Overy from September 2009 to December 2013, where responsibilities included leading financing transactions and drafting essential legal documentation. Hilarie Lam's educational foundation includes training at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
