Sumit Nadgir

Sumit Nadgir is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at PAG since July 2023, Sumit previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hicare Services Pvt. Ltd. from February 2020 to June 2023, and Managing Director at True North Co. from April 2019 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director at India Value Fund Advisors from April 2016 to March 2019 and Principal at Bain & Company from December 2008 to March 2016, where additional roles of Manager and Consultant were also undertaken. Early career includes significant positions at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd as GM, Toyota Kirloskar Motor as Exec Assistant to Vikram Kirloskar, and Johnson & Johnson as Product Executive, starting with a role as Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra. Sumit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Sandwich from COEP Technological University.
