Ahmed Kasem has a diverse range of work experience in the automotive industry. Ahmed began their career at Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. W.L.L., where they held various management roles focused on automotive products and solutions, aftersales service marketing, and business development. Ahmed successfully managed distribution, implemented business strategies, and achieved sales targets for multiple departments.

Following their time at Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. W.L.L., Ahmed joined Roy Foss as an Automotive Service Consultant, where they excelled in reviewing and selling service repairs, handling customer payments, and ensuring pricing and time commitments were met.

Ahmed then moved to Heffner Lexus Toyota, where they served as an Assistant Service Manager. In this role, Ahmed managed a significant budget, led a team of service advisors and technicians, implemented processes to achieve company goals, and coached the service team to achieve high customer satisfaction scores and productivity levels.

Currently, Ahmed holds the position of Vice President of Fixed Operations at PAG Direct. Ahmed actively participates in creating the organization's overall vision, mission, values, and goals. Ahmed collaborates with the CEO and other Vice Presidents to determine long-term business goals and develops operating plans and budgets.

Throughout their career, Ahmed has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and a dedication to achieving business objectives.

Ahmed Kasem obtained their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Ivey Business School at Western University from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Minia University, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. Ahmed also holds several additional certifications, including the OMVIC Automotive Certification from the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council in 2023, Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Ground (TDG) from Worksite Safety in November 2022, and various SAP and Toyota certifications.
