Beatriz Pañella possui uma vasta experiência em vendas, começando em 2012 como Consultor de Vendas no IIF - Instituto Internacional de Fotografia. Em 2014, ela se tornou Supervisora de Vendas na Wise Up e Executivo de Vendas na Wall Street English. Em 2016, ela foi Coordenadora de Negócios B2B na ComSchool. Em 2017, ela foi Executivo de Contas na Rede. Em 2018, ela foi Executivo de Grandes Contas na Safra. Em 2019, ela foi Executivo de Contas na Cielo. Em 2020, ela foi Executivo Comercial na Stone. Em 2021, ela foi Key Account na Agência Life. Atualmente, em 2022, ela é Sales Executive na Pagaleve.

Beatriz Pañella completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Estácio from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universidade Paulista from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications in Sales Management from Euro Data and Introduction to Digital Marketing from ComSchool.
