Erica Previto has worked in sales and account executive roles since 2009. Erica began their career as a Sales Representative at Conv\u00eanios Card. In 2018, they took on the role of Account Executive at Cielo, where they were responsible for a portfolio of 1300 customers and negotiated better conditions for their retention. In 2019, they became an Account Executive at SafraPay US, where they prospected PAP clients with a minimum monthly turnover of twenty thousand reais in any activity in the cities of Leme, Araras and Rio Claro. Erica stood out for several consecutive months as one of the top 10 performers in Brazil, bringing in credentialing and profitability. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Executive at PagSeguro PagBank, and in 2021 they were an Executivo de Vendas II at PicPay. Currently, they are a Sales Account Executive at Pagaleve.

Erica Previto is currently enrolled in Faculdade Metropolitana, where they are studying Administration of Business since 2018. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Safra, including Code of Ethics, Business Continuity, Internal Controls, Institutional Policy, Money Laundering Prevention, Operational Risk, and Information Security, all obtained in January 2019.
