Emma Pagano has held a variety of roles in the digital marketing and communications field. Emma began their career in 2014 as a FRONTLINE Media and Communications Intern at the Public Broadcasting Service. In 2015, they took on the role of Policy, Government, and Public Affairs (PGPA) Intern at Chevron. In 2016, they became a Public Policy & Corporate Responsibility: Partnerships and Events at Chevron, where they were the project manager of Super Bowl LI multimedia communications team, project manager of Oakland A's Partnership, co-creator of the SB LI strategic social media plan, project manager for the STEM zone website, and supported content strategy and production and online promotion of Pacific-12 Conference (Pac-12) Human Energy Stories. In 2018, they moved to Analysis Group as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. In 2019, they joined The Brattle Group as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as a Digital Marketing Manager at Squadle, Inc. and currently holds the role of Strategic Director at Pagano Media.

Emma Pagano attended Notre Dame Academy, Worcester from 2008 to 2012. Emma then attended Bates College from 2012 to 2016, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric. In December 2021, they obtained the Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy.
