Darrick Sogabe

Darrick Sogabe has over 18 years of experience in product management and software engineering. Darrick is currently the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Cross Country Healthcare. Prior to this role, Darrick was the Co-Founder and CEO of Pagarba Solutions from 2018 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Group Product Manager at Aya Healthcare. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Senior Product Manager at SNH Inc. From 2003 to 2015, they were employed at Teradata in various roles, including Group Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, and Product Manager. Additionally, they were a Test Engineer at Teradata, where they had responsibility for software testing processes, configuration tests, and customer benchmark tests. Darrick also had experience working with LINUX, MPRAS (UNIX), WS2003, and W2K platforms.

Darrick Sogabe received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University between 1999 and 2003, with a focus in Management Information Systems, General.
