Monika Kasinathan has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and HR. Monika is currently working as a Technical Recruiter at PagarBook, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Sourcer at Meesho from January 2021 to September 2022, where they contributed to the company's growth by sourcing talent and supporting their social commerce platform. Before that, they held multiple roles at Anzy Careers. From February 2019 to December 2020, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist, responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes.
