Alon Howben

Alon Howben is an experienced professional in portfolio management and data analysis, currently holding multiple leadership roles at Pagaya since August 2021, including Head of Portfolio Management Operations and Head of Business Analytics and Production Operations. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at the Leumi Innovation Project, where Alon conducted research on organizational innovation, and as Director at HackIDC, overseeing Israel's largest student hackathon. Alon's career began in the Israeli Air Force, where various operational and tech leadership positions were held from March 2008 to October 2017. Alon is pursuing an Executive MBA in Big Data at Reichman University, with an earlier degree from the same institution.
