Christopher Rosser

Christopher Rosser serves as the Head of Investment Management for Real Estate at Pagaya since May 2023, following extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. As the Owner of Bastion Capital since June 2013, Christopher manages various operating projects, including investment management and consulting. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Talanian Realty, where operational oversight and modernization initiatives led to significant revenue increases, and Head of Asset Management at Avenue One, overseeing $1.7 billion in equity across numerous markets. Additional experience encompasses investments at WS Development, real estate acquisitions at Knotel, and leadership roles at Wayfair and Starwood Capital Group, supported by a robust military background with the U.S. Army. Educational credentials include a BS in Finance and History from Boston College, an MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, and ongoing studies in Data Science at Northeastern University.
