Natasha Seth

Natasha Seth currently serves as Chief of Staff at Pagaya, providing strategic support to the CEO during the company's transition from a private entity of 150 employees to a publicly listed organization with over 500 employees. Previously, Natasha held the position of Chief of Staff at Proxy, working closely with the CEO, Board members from Kleiner Perkins and Y Combinator, and advising on day-to-day operations while mentoring the product team. Prior experience includes consulting for United Technologies, where Natasha collaborated with the CTO, as well as roles at Bridgewater Associates, Dovel Technologies, Primescape Solutions, Inc., and Incapsulate, where Natasha focused on technology management, product development, and operational efficiency. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Advertising from the American University - Kogod School of Business.
