Noa Cohen

Noa Cohen is an experienced professional currently serving as Delivery Team Lead and Delivery Project Manager at Pagaya since January 2022, following a significant tenure at the Israeli Air Force from September 2014 to January 2022. In the Air Force, Noa led a research team as a Major in Israeli Air Force Intelligence and handled complex problem-solving scenarios with multidisciplinary teams, in addition to working as a Research Analyst focused on intelligence collection and analysis under pressure. Educationally, Noa holds a Master's degree in Military and Security Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology, both from Bar-Ilan University.
