Rammesh Navaneethakrishnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and analytics across several prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Head of Portfolio Risk at Pagaya since December 2022, Rammesh previously held the position of Chief Risk Officer at US Auto Sales, where Rammesh established the Risk and Analytics function for a large direct auto lending organization. Prior to that, Rammesh worked as a Director at Santander Consumer USA Inc., overseeing significant regulatory compliance and risk management for a $26 billion auto loan portfolio. Earlier roles include Manager positions at EY and Discover Financial Services, where Rammesh led teams to enhance risk strategies and develop predictive models for various financial products. Rammesh's career began as a Credit Analyst at HSBC, with earlier research and internship experiences solidifying a strong foundation in finance and engineering.
