Alan Bassini has extensive experience in growth and strategy within the financial sector, currently serving as Gerente de Growth e Estratégia at PagBank since February 2020, where Alan has advanced through various positions including Sr. Analyst and Analyst - Digital Bank Strategy. Previously, Alan gained industry exposure during an academic internship at Braskem in 2018 and held a managerial role in talent management at AIESEC in 2016. Alan holds dual degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, completed between 2015 and 2020.
