Rafael Nanya

Rafael Nanya is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving at PagSeguro PagBank since May 2017, where roles include Software Engineering Manager and Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at UOL as a Software Engineering Coordinator and Product Coordinator, as well as various roles at Level Up! Games, Petlove.com.br, and 2Mundos, with a focus on mobile applications and project management. Nanya has also held significant positions at Zeebo, Inc. as Developer Relations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing video game development, and co-founded Tectoy Digital, overseeing production and a diverse team of over 35 professionals. As a co-founder of Délirus Entertainment, Nanya established the mobile games production pipeline. Nanya holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, obtained in 2003.
