Raphael Farias has extensive work experience in marketing and digital growth roles. Raphael started their career as an Analista de Sistemas PL. at Vivo from 2004 to 2006. Raphael then moved on to UOL, where they held various positions including Online Media Coordinator, Online Marketing Manager, and ultimately Marketing Director from 2007 to 2023. In 2014, they joined PagBank PagSeguro as Head of Digital Marketing/Growth, and later became the Marketing Director. Raphael is currently serving as the Executive Director of Marketing, CMO at PagBank PagSeguro. In addition to their corporate roles, Farias is also a Professor Convidado - Marketing at FGV from 2022 onwards.
Raphael Farias has a diverse education history. Raphael completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universidade Santa Cecília from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they pursued further education, obtaining a Latu-Senso degree in Software Development for the Web at UFSCar - Alumni, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Later, they attended FIA - USP from 2009 to 2011, where they completed an MBA in Strategic Business Management.
