Amanda Carmona has had a diverse work experience. Amanda began their career in 2010 as a Consultant at the Boise State Writing Center, where they provided advice and brainstormed with writers across the university. In 2012, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Boise State English Department, instructing two sections of freshman-level research and composition. In 2013, they moved to Page One Power as an SEO Specialist, where they built social media, on-site SEO, and web content strategies on behalf of clients. Finally, in 2015, they became a 7th Grade Language Arts Teacher at Sage International School, where they helped launch the MYP curriculum and oversaw the onsite, student-run Writing Center.
Amanda Carmona began their educational journey at Boise State University in 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. Amanda continued their studies at Boise State University, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education. Amanda also holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Boise State University.
