Balazs Paroczay

Balazs Paroczay is a seasoned professional in talent sourcing and recruitment with extensive experience in leading global operations. Currently serving as the Global Operations Director for Sourcing & Coordination at Page Outsourcing since March 2025, Balazs oversees a recruitment delivery team of around 80 individuals, facilitating approximately 10,000 hires worldwide. As the Founder and CEO of The Source Code Agency since January 2017, Balazs provides strategic consultancy in talent resourcing, encompassing training, advisory sessions, and long-term recruiting partnerships. Previously held roles include Global Sourcing Strategist and Vice President of Global Sourcing at Cielo Talent, Talent Sourcing Leader at GE, and various leadership positions in recruitment strategy at Randstad and KellyOCG. Balazs holds a Master of Sourcing and a degree from Eötvös Loránd University along with ongoing IT Sourcing training.
