Beverley Nicholas

Beverley Nicholas has a diverse and extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Beverley started their career as a Trainee Consultant at Adecco in 1994 and later joined PSD Group as a Recruitment Consultant in 1995. Beverley then moved to Michael Page, where they held various roles including Recruitment Consultant, Regional Manager, and Senior Manager - Training from 1996 to 2004. At Page Personnel, they worked as a Recruitment Manager and gradually took on the responsibility of designing and delivering training for new starters. From 2007 to 2010, Beverley served as a Senior Manager - Training at Michael Page, where they were responsible for training new and experienced consultants across all disciplines. Beverley then joined PageGroup and held positions such as Associate Director/Talent Development Director and Regional Talent Director UK, where they led talent management, acquisition, and development. Currently, Beverley is the Managing Director, Adoption and Success at PageGroup, where they drive adoption and engagement of technology to benefit employees and customers. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in talent development, training, recruitment, and leadership.

Beverley Nicholas obtained a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from CMC Partnership Global in 2022. Beverley also holds a BA (Hons) degree in English & European Literature with a 2:1 classification from the University of Warwick, which they completed from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, Beverley attended Stover School from 1988 to 1990.
