Carolina Largo Martin

Carolina Largo Martin, PMP, MBS, has extensive work experience in project delivery, change management, and business project management. Carolina is currently the Director of Project Delivery at PageGroup, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Project Delivery at PageGroup from March 2021 to July 2022 and as the Global Portfolio Manager from January 2018 to March 2021. Before joining PageGroup, Carolina worked at ADP Multi-National Corporations (MNC) as an ePMO, Enterprise Program & Project Manager from May 2014 to May 2017. Carolina also gained experience in payroll implementation as a Senior Payroll Implementation at ADP Streamline from November 2011 to April 2014. Carolina's earlier experiences include roles at LM Ericsson Ireland, where they served as a Customer Project Manager from September 2007 to November 2010 and as a SAP (MUS) Functional FI, PS - Company Consultancy and Training specialist from May 2004 to November 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Relationship Executive from October 2006 to September 2007 and as a Global Services Delivery - Accountant from April 2001 to September 2006. Carolina also has experience as a Spanish teacher at Berlitz Dublin from August 2001 to January 2002 and as an Assistant Accountant at Irish Distillers from May 2000 to April 2001. Carolina Largo Martin, PMP, MBS, holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) degree from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which they obtained in the years 2009 to 2022. In 2017, they completed a Change Management course at APMG International & CMI. Carolina also holds a Master of Business Studies (MBS) degree from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Accounting Technician degree from the Institute of Accounting Technicians Ireland (IATI) in the years 2003 to 2005. In 2000 to 2001, they studied Business Studies at the Ballsbridge Business Studies School in Dublin, focusing on marketing, IT, HR, and operations. Lastly, Carolina graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Philology from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
