Frédéric Benay

Frédéric Benay serves as the Managing Director at PageGroup since January 2020, also holding a position on the Board of PageGroup France. In this role, Frédéric oversees the coordination and development of various teams across sectors including Public & Non Profit, Banking & Insurance, Human Resources, Legal & Tax, and Finance. Additionally, Frédéric is responsible for expanding the Transition Management activity and is a member of the Board of France Transition since May 2022. Prior to PageGroup, Frédéric accumulated extensive experience at Michael Page from 1997 to 2020, holding various senior roles including Managing Director, where leadership was provided to specialized divisions and regional offices. Frédéric's earlier professional background includes positions at Bpifrance and Groupe Crédit Agricole. Frédéric completed the Powering Growth Programme at INSEAD in 2018 and has a European Master of Business Sciences in Economics and Management from Clermont School of Business and the University of Regensburg.
