Javier Torre

Javier Torre is a seasoned professional in recruitment and organizational leadership with extensive experience in various managerial positions. Currently serving as Managing Director at PageGroup since March 2020, Javier oversees Michael Page México, Page Personnel México, and Page Interim Mexico, managing multiple offices across Mexico and the southern United States. Additionally, since February 2019, Javier has been a member of REF, a global community of top leaders focused on development and growth. Previously, Javier held the position of Executive Director at Michael Page Monterrey and served as Director at Page Personnel Mexico, with earlier roles including Executive Manager at Page Personnel - Michael Page and Trainee at Rio Sul. Javier holds degrees in Organizational Leadership from both the University of California, Berkeley, and IESE Business School, along with a Bachelor's in International Business Administration from Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
