Katie Cleary

Katie Cleary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and operational excellence. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence Coach at PageGroup since October 2021, Katie empowers consultants to integrate key practices into their roles. Previously, as a Talent Development Manager for the North, Midlands, and Scotland, Katie influenced strategic decisions on performance and skills development while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Prior to PageGroup, Katie held various roles at Randstad UK, focusing on learning and development, including bespoke coaching and apprenticeship management. Katie’s career began in retail management and recruitment, featuring roles at companies such as Storm Clothing and Experis UK & Ireland. Katie holds a BA (Hons) in Entertainment Management from Leeds Beckett University and furthered professional education through Acacia Learning.
